HOW WE MET
Jamie and Anthony met in 2013 at a party, from first glance they had a feeling they’d know each other for the rest of their lives.
They grew up together. Anthony was even Jamie’s date to her year 12 formal. They spent their early years of friendship denying the inevitable.
Then on Christmas Eve 2018, Jamie called Anthony out of the blue to give her a lift from work, a simple favor that turned into an outing that would become their first date.
Sharing a pizza, an ice cream and a walk along the beach was the first time they’d spent time alone and the last time they’d spend time apart again.

THE PROPOSAL
4 years and 9 months later, the proposal took place on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand, following months of careful planning. Anthony envisioned the perfect moment to pop the question —a romantic dinner, watching a stunning orange and purple sunset on a warm summer evening, beneath a sky of stars and swaying palm trees.
Despite Jamie’s keen intuition and natural curiosity, Anthony kept his plans a secret. Then, on September 30th, 2023, he nervously stumbled over his words as he asked Jamie to be his wife.
And now, here we are.
